I have decided to try a different technique whilst drawing 1 point perspective. I have also challenged myself by creating different shapes such as rectangles, triangles and a decagon (10 sided shape), this exercise have allowed me to discover that different shapes produce different patterns, as well as, it had allowed me to look at how the depth of the line, tone and shadows, help to alter and emphasise the sides and shapes.

1 point perspective is when all parallel lines disappear at the point furthest from the viewer (at the vanishing point). only depth dimensions get distorted as depth lines will always disappear at the horizon line (eye-level). there is one vanishing point for parallel lines and it can be drawn only when you're facing things head on/ when the things are being viewed on an eye-level (horizon line).
